The UPA (U.S. Professional Poolplayers Association) brand represents the ideal in the sport of pocket billiards in the United States, formed in January, 2002 by professional players. The UPA Brand is positioned well for the future as the standard bearer for the evolution of the sport adopting the motto: "The Evolution of Pool."
Established in Passaic County, NJ in 2010, and expanding to Bergen County in 2012, the Northern NJ UPA is the premiere billiards league in the area. We offer cash prizes and an environment that fosters both established and beginner players the ability to improve their skills in 8 ball or 9 ball.

Congrats to La Oficina and American Legion Post #415, who have won 1st and 2nd Place (respectively) in our Spring/Summer 9 Ball division!
They each are qualified to play in our divisionals, which leads to a spot in our National Championships in Las Vegas!

Congrats to the winners of our first ever 9-Ball league! 1st Place goes to Damage, Inc. 2nd goes to MVPs. 3rd goes to Blaze. The MVP award goes to Kenny Tomesko! We will be starting a new session in mid April. Get ready!

Welcome to 2013! It's going to be a big year for not just the North Jersey UPA, but nationwide! We are introducing regional tournaments this year, where the top two teams from each division get to compete, as well as those teams that didn't come in the money! Yes, that's right, even if you didn't win money, you will be able to qualify for our regional tournament and shoot in a separate bracket for your chance to win! Just another reason that the UPA is better than any other pool league out there!
Congratulations to Oficina 2 and Blaze for taking 1st and 2nd place on our Thursday Night 8 Ball Division! Next session will be starting in the new year.

Our Spring Monday night session just ended, and we gave out over $4,000! Congrats to La Oficina (1st Place), The Rock 1 (2nd Place), and SportZone 1 (3rd Place)!
Our Thursday Night Session is scheduled to start August 2nd. We have 8 teams right now. If you're interested in adding a team, contact us today! With 8 teams, 1st is $1250, 2nd is $750, and 3rd is $600!
Wednesday Night 9 Ball will be starting in Late September! A lot of people are excited about this one... The only cash 9-Ball league in the area!
We've decided to do 8 Ball on Thursday nights and 9 Ball on Wednesday nights. 8-Ball will start on Thursday, July 12! Get your teams in now!
